Technical Description
The new type electromagnetic iron removing machine dry powder machine is mainly developed for cathode and anode powder materials. It features multiple magnetic pole angles with uniform magnetic flux density across the sorting area, enhancing magnetic separation effect. Different field strengths are designed based on ore properties.
During electromagnetic powder selection, gravity and material resistance have no effect. When non-magnetic minerals exit the magnetic field, they separate from the magnetic drum under gravity. The electromagnetic powder includes a mechanical vibration device that not only improves iron removal effect but also facilitates convenient iron disposal.
