Working Principle
How the automatic drawer magnetic separator works
- Mineral grains are fed into the mouth of the magnetic bar box. When the mineral particles go through the permanent magnetic bar in the magnetic box, magnetic materials in the mineral grains are absorbed on the bar due to magnetic force.
- Non-magnetic mineral grains discharge from the discharging mouth while the cylinder device pulls the permanent magnetic bar layer by layer.
- Ferromagnetic material absorbed on the permanent magnetic bar automatically separates from the mouth of iron removal, ensuring continuous operation without stopping the feeding process.
